How does it work?

Clients on a Dime is a simple, affordable system of online and offline marketing that creates a “sticky web” to attract prospects to you, get them to stay, and captures their contact information for future follow up.  It’s low cost, easy to use, requires only a few minutes a day to maintain, and is highly effective at generating real estate leads, which convert to more clients, which become more commissions.

 

What does it cost to maintain?

It depends on how much or how little you want to use from the system.  You can pick and choose the parts you enjoy, which return the best results for you, or whatever you prefer.  If you only use the blog, database, drip email, and call capture, it will cost around $30 dollars a month to operate.  If you’re not already using them, you’ll feel an immediate bump in your business, from just those items alone.

 

How quickly can one expect results?

OK, this may sound bragadocious, but it’s the legitimate truth.  You can generate leads within a couple of hours, depending on which parts of the system you choose to implement first.  Online or offline, you can have pieces of the system out generating business within minutes.

 

It is difficult?  Do I have to be technically inclined?

Do I have to use the whole system for it to work?

No.  You can pick and choose which parts suit you and your business the best.  Obviously, at one time or another I used them all, or they wouldn’t have made it into the system.  However, after I had it up and running, I could control it like a volume knob.  Turn up this, and turn down that, to get just the right amount of leads and prospects I was comfortable handling.  Truthfully, I could have easily used it to hire an office full of agents to work all the leads I was pulling in, but I’d been down that road years before with a very large office of over 100 agents, and I just wanted to keep my life simpler.  If you aspire to grow a team, or your own agency, then this can absolutely help you do that.
